Hi! I'm Cynthia, a designer with a passion for UX Research. I love finding out what users really need, running tests, and understanding their perspectives to design seamless, context-appropriate experiences. I'm eager to learn and would love to collaborate on projects that aim to create memorable and useful solutions for people.
Figma is my go-to tool for collaborative design and interactive prototypes, but I'm open to learning other similar tools as well. I also use Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign...) to add polish and detail to visuals, and rely on research tools like Optimal Workshop to ensure my designs are backed by real user insights.
I believe the best designs come from truly understanding the people who use them. My approach is grounded in Design Thinking—empathizing with users, brainstorming creative solutions, and iterating based on feedback. It's a flexible, collaborative way to make sure the final design doesn't just look good but also feels right for the people it's made for.
With a degree in Design from the Complutense University of Madrid and a Master's in Interactive Design, I've built a strong foundation in both theory and practice. Outside of work, I'm always curious, whether it's diving into a new design trend or exploring different cultures. This curiosity drives my creativity and keeps me learning every day.
